Complaints
We recommend that you first make your complaints known to use, by sending an email to info@high-clean.com. Should this not result in a solution, then it is possible to report the dispute for mediation via Stichting Web shop Keur. As from the 15th of February 2016 it is also possible for EU-consumers to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found here. If your complaint is not being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
