Conditions
The telescopic poles come with a 5-year warranty under normal use. Damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to dropping, impacts, hitting roof edges, standing on them, driving over them, etc., is not covered by the warranty and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. For all accessories and related items, a 2-year warranty is provided under normal use, with the exceptions outlined in this article.
