At High-clean.com, we understand that a product needs to prove itself in practice. That’s why you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs.

The costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for the current rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product – including all supplied accessories – must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging.

stating: “return high-clean.com”. If you wish to return a product as a customer, we, as an online retailer have 14 days to reimburse the purchase amount. This term has been obligatory for all web shop since the 13th of June 2014. This 14 days term starts on the day that you indicated to wish to return, so not on the day when we receive the returned package. We are however allowed to hold the reimbursement until the product has actually arrived with us.

Return costs are always to be borne by the buyer. The costs for return depend on the transporter of your choice. You can choose a transporter yourself. Please take account of possible surcharges for any long/sizable packages that a parcel service could charge.

high-clean.com will be responsible for the transport costs of a possible replacement product. When we have received the returned product, we will check it on traces of usage and damage. After this check, we will immediately, or within 14 days after receipt at the latest, pay the purchase amount into your account. Any costs of repair for traces of usage will be deducted.

During the viewing period, the consumer shall treat the product and packaging with the utmost care. He will unpack the product only to the extent necessary to be able to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product to high-clean.com , together with all accessories and in the original state and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging. high-clean.com will assess, immediately after receipt of the returned goods, whether they were returned in correct condition.
