How do professional window cleaners get those streak-free panes? They use limescale-free water. Hard water, rich in calcium and magnesium, leaves white streaks that are hard to remove. The same happens when cleaning solar panels: a limescale film reduces output and can damage the coating. That’s now a thing of the past with this innovative and unique product, the High-clean Water Softener.

How does it work?

The water softener uses ion-exchange technology. Special resin beads bind the calcium and magnesium ions, leaving “soft”, de-scaled water. Each cycle the resin can filter 1,000 litres of water. Afterwards you can easily regenerate the beads with ordinary table salt, ready for the next 1,000 litres. This makes the portable softener suitable for long-term, frequent use.

The High-clean Water Softener comes complete with everything you need to start right away, including a flow meter to track water usage so you know exactly when to regenerate. Also included are a drain hose (so you can dispose of the salty water), a 1-metre inlet hose, quick couplings (Gardena-compatible) and test strips so you can measure water hardness before and after.
